Cookie Policy
Effective Date: 17/08/2026 | Version: 1.0 | Next Review: 17/08/2027
How PowerView UK uses cookies and browser storage under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR.
1. Our approach
We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage only. These are exempt from consent under PECR because the service cannot function without them. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, social media pixels or behavioural profiling.
2. What we set
- Authentication session — a session token (cookie / local storage) that keeps you signed in and scoped to your organisation. Expires on sign-out or session expiry.
- Security tokens — CSRF and request integrity values used to protect form submissions and uploads. Session lifetime.
- Interface preferences — such as sidebar state and theme. Stored locally in your browser, never sent to us for analysis.
3. Third parties
Booking a demo opens Calendly in a new tab; Calendly sets its own cookies under its own policy once you interact with that page. Our sub-processors (Supabase, Resend) do not set marketing cookies on this site.
4. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in and using the platform.
