1. Service

Tool to organise REGOs and format fuel mix disclosure pack for Ofgem Condition 21. We are not affiliated with Ofgem. You remain responsible for accurate submission to Ofgem.

2. No affiliation

Good Energy, Ecotricity, So Energy, 100Green cited as examples of ideal customer profile only. No endorsement. Trademarks belong to their owners.

3. Pricing

Starter £1,200/month, Compliance £3,000/month, excl VAT. Billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime via portal — access until period end. Past due: 14 days grace from status_changed_at, then blocked (as per org_subscription_state). Stripe is source of truth — daily reconciliation 03:00 UTC.

4. Entitlements

Enforced at database — 402 if plan doesn't include feature (compliance_report, audit_pack_download).

5. Audit trail

SHA-256 hash-chained, append-only, immutable. Even service_role cannot edit. Provided as evidence bundle, not legal advice.

6. Availability

Target 99.5% excl maintenance. No SLA on Starter. Enterprise has SLA.

7. Liability

Max 12 months fees paid. No liability for Ofgem penalties, as you remain responsible for submission accuracy.
